🎯 About The Role (Full-Time)
Lead our 8-person development team in building revolutionary DeFi solutions.
⚡ Your Impact
- Own development operations from planning to delivery
- Be the champion of continuous improvement and operational efficiency - evolving and creating an efficient day-to-day operations in collaboration with the team
- Bridge product strategy with technical execution
- Ensure our quarterly roadmap hits 85%+ completion rate
- Drive predictable delivery cycles across all products
🔄 Key Responsibilities
- Run efficient team core hours (10:00 AM - 2:30 PM CET)
- Manage the Quarterly Program level planning, execution and delivery across Product, Design, Engineering and QA
- Run the sprint ceremonies of the team (Product, Design, Engineering and QA)
- Manage and ensure 90% delivery from Product & Design team, Engineering and QA team, coordinate and resolve impediments with the team that may block the roadmap and timeline
- Transform product vision into actionable sprints
- Orchestrate and own the program view of the Product, Design Engineering & QA - creating the overall roadmap from 1 month to 1 quarter - product roadmap with regards to resource capacity, features allocation, capabilities and process of development
- Own the resource allocation and team capacity from Product, Design, Engineering to QA.
- Optimize and monitor delivery workflows and day-to-day operations
- collaborate with the team for improvements
- Keep stakeholders aligned and informed
💪 We Would Love to Have
- 4+ years coordinating global development teams (not a must but if you have experience in collaborating and handling design and product team, developers and QA engineers - it’ll be an advantage)
- Deep understanding of Scrum/Agile methodologies
- Professional certifications (PSM/CSM) preferred
- Mastery of: Linear, GitHub, Notion, Discord, Miro
- Outstanding remote communication skills
- DeFi/blockchain/trading exposure is a plus
