💡 A bit about the role
- Collaborate with the Product team and Project Manager to translate the product functional requirement into functional and engaging web applications.
- Develop high-quality, reusable code for future use and ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs as well as our microservice architecture.
- Independently collaborate with other engineers
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, while ensuring application security.
- Provide innovative suggestions to improve the process, tools for better delivery and quality of the application
- Act as a technical mentor for junior developers, providing guidance and support to help them grow and excel in their roles.
- Collaborate with a small and efficient team completely remote.
- Stay informed about the latest crypto trends and possess a basic understanding of crypto concepts to facilitate project management discussions.
- Willingness to learn new languages and technology
💙 We would love to have
- At least 5 years of developer experience with strong expertise in full stack development
- Familiarity and experience in Front-end frameworks (Typescript, Tailwind, VueJS, DaisyUI, Storybook, HTML, CSS)
- Familarity and experience with Backend frameworks (NodeJs, microservices, postgres, orm mappers, rest, message queues)
- Proficiency with Designing and Integration with PostGreSQL
- Hands on experience in API development, integration and Unit testing
- Strong grasp of distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Knowledge of Git Workflow, Microservices, Cloudflare workers, Web3 Wallets, etc
- Experience in financial applications/DeFi or related applications
- Understanding of security best practices and experience in secure coding for financial systems.
- Proactiveness runs in our blood who can make an impact
- Optional: Understanding of smart contracts and Blockchain Development (note: we do not expect that you will develop smart contracts, but rather work as a fullstack for us)

Stage Zero - Prescreening
We will assess candidates' resumes and profiles offline to determine initial fit. If selected, you'll receive an email invitation to proceed.
Stage One - Meet your Leads (30 mins)
In this conversation, we'll delve into your technical abilities, past achievements, and get a clearer picture of your work to determine how well you align with the role's requirements. Make sure you join with a working cam and microphone.
Stage Two - Practical Assignment
We'll present you with a project to assess your hands-on skills. We will give you 3-4 full days to complete the work for a day worth of challenge. we value your time hence we ensure fair compensation for your time.
Stage Three - Meet the Founders
Meet with the founders to discuss the company’s vision, culture, and your potential role. This is a chance to ensure alignment on both sides and to ask any high-level questions you may have.
Stage Four - Offer & Onboarding
Upon successful completion of the previous stages, we will extend an offer and begin the onboarding process. This includes signing the contract, setting up your workspace, and introducing you to the team.
