RESPONSIBILITIES
- Campaign Design and Execution:
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns that promote user engagement with key products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling messaging and content strategies tailored to specific product journeys.
- User Acquisition Strategy:
- Measure and manage strategies to attract users to the platform by identifying high-potential channels, crafting targeted messaging, and optimizing user onboarding pathways.
- Analyze performance across acquisition channels to determine ROI and reallocate resources for maximum efficiency.
- Project Management:
- Plan and execute Marketing projects with a focus on details and achievable goals.
- Stay ahead of potential issues and roadblocks, be proactive in communicating with your peers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the product team to align marketing efforts with product development cycles and ensure seamless communication between teams.
- Provide feedback loops based on campaign results to improve product features and user retention.
- Data-Driven Optimization:
- Use analytics tools to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and user acquisition efforts.
- Identify bottlenecks in the user funnel and propose data-informed improvements.
- User Journey Focus:
- Emphasize a lifecycle approach to marketing by fostering continuous engagement with users from acquisition to activation and retention.
- Support product efforts to monitor and understand what users do on the platform, complementing these insights with strategies to bring users back.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Trader with basic understanding of blockchain technology
- Proven track record of designing and running successful user acquisition and engagement campaigns.
- Highly communicative + proactive + structured with clear project management experience.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to originate and execute end-to-end marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of user behavior analysis and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with digital marketing channels (social media, email, search, partnerships) and tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with crypto or blockchain ecosystems, particularly DeFi and copy trading platforms.
- Awareness of key metrics and analytics in user acquisition and retention, such as CAC, LTV, churn rates, and funnel conversion rates.
